DJK INSTITUTE EDUCATION SERVICE is a resource for higher education, mainly theological higher education. We coach, consult, and craft solutions for those facing challenges and crises in the higher ed setting. While our primary focus is theological higher education, we invite your inquiries about your nonprofit, governmental, and public education needs. As with all work groups in the D. Why the DJK Institute for your education and nonprofit consultations?
Mike Milton is a pastor-scholar. Though he is a trained scholar, he has also lived the life of a Christian shepherd. He is also a board-certified clinical pastoral education supervisor, pastoral counselor, and chaplain. You can be sure that your presenting issue will be addressed in a pastoral and Biblically insightful commitment.
Depending on your needs, we also have a team of senior fellows who may be able to serve you as well.
Mike Milton is a senior-level higher education leader. He has served as president of three theological graduate schools and chancellor of a multi-campus graduate school system. You can share your challenges with a colleague who has faced them, too.
Milton is an educator to educators. He was selected for service at the Office of the Chief of Chaplains at the Pentagon as well as the US Army Chaplain Center and School to design and teach courses. He is a teacher of teachers and developed and taught courses to educators in the Navy and Marine Corps, the Air Force, and the Army. You can rest assured that Mike will relate to you or your team as a compassionate peer to come alongside, not an academic expert from afar.

Fees
By project and mutual agreement. Suggested donation of $250 per hour for coaching or consultations. Major projects—beyond four coaching sessions—are handled on a case-by-case basis. You will never enter a DJK Institute relationship without a Memorandum of Understanding.
